What do we do?

We operate a priority primary care (GP) service.

We provide assessment and management of minor medical problems only (that can not wait until the next day)

If you have a serious urgent medical condition or are very unwell, you should go to ED and in an emergency call 000.

If you have any condition that can wait until the next day or any long-standing (chronic) condition you should see your own GP.

How do I book?

To book, click on the banner link "Click Here to Book Now"

As this is priority primary care (GP) service, you will only be able to book appointments in the next 24 hours.

If your problem is not urgent you will need to see your regular GP.

We prefer appointments so that we can guarantee everyone will be seen, you can book at very short notice and the website has our full availability.

Walk-ins will be seen but you may have to wait for a long time as we will prioritise patients based on clinical need and those who have an appointment. Try and book online, there are always same day appointments available.

If you have difficulty with our online booking service you can call us during clinic hours on (03) 8539 2772. This line is only for booking, no other information will be given out over the phone due to privacy laws.

Prescriptions

We will only prescribe medications that our doctors consider are necessary to manage your urgent problem.

We will not prescribe routine or chronic medications. You will need to see your regular GP for these.

In many cases, your pharmacist can give you an extra supply of your regular medications and then get an "owings script" from your regular GP.

We do not prescribe or administer schedule 8 medications or benzos (benzodiazepines).
